  • It all starts with the specification of the bag.
  • We will need information on the desired bag, that is:
    • SWL and SF – what load capacity and safety factor it should have,
    • dimensions (internal or external), length, base width and height (usually expressed in centimetres),
    • the type of bottom and top the bag is supposed to have,
    • the desired type of slings,
    • other relevant information, e.g. colour of the straps, threads, etc.
  • For the first order (made in India), the delivery date is about 12 weeks, then on phone order within 48 hours from our warehouse.
  • The lead time for products made in Poland is 2 weeks.
  • Sold in pallets, not pieces.
  • Yes – a four-sided imprint is possible; max. six colours.
  • On the label, you will find the most important information, such as SWL, SF, bag dimensions, certificate number, order number, article number, usage infographic, production date.
  • You can pack loose materials such as sand, earth, sugar, road salt, seeds, flour, etc. as well as chemical materials, hazardous materials, foodstuffs and aggregates into a Big Bag.
  • The abbreviation SWL (Safe working load) refers to the load capacity of a Big Bag, i.e. 500 kg, 1000 kg, 1250 kg, 1500 kg, 2000 kg.
  • The abbreviation SF refers to the safety factor. If a Big Bag has an SF of 6:1 and 1000 kg, it means that the bag can withstand 6 loads of 1000 kg.
  • Yes, our bags are manufactured to high cleanroom standards. We are HACCP 22000:2018 certified.
